Jacqui Allard is Executive Vice President of Personal Financing Products (PFP) within Personal & Commercial Banking (P&CB) at RBC. She oversees RBC’s consumer lending businesses in Canada, including Home Equity Financing, Personal Lending, and Automotive Financing. She also oversees RBC’s international banking business, which includes RBC Bank US, serving the banking needs of Canadians in the United States, and RBC’s Caribbean Banking business, providing personal, commercial and corporate banking services across 12 jurisdictions in the region.
Jacqui was previously Senior Vice President of Strategy, Performance and Marketing in P&CB responsible for integrating line of business strategies and executing marketing strategies. Prior to joining RBC, Jacqui was Global Head of Operations and Chief Information Officer of the Investment Division of Manulife Financial, and also served as President of Manulife Asset Management Canada & Global Chief Operating Officer. Jacqui has held senior roles within State Street and Bank of Ireland, including leadership positions in the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Jacqui was recognized as one of “Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women” by the Women’s Executive Network in both 2013 and 2018. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Up with Women, a not-for-profit providing career coaching and support for formerly homeless women. Jacqui holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Bentley Graduate School of Business in Massachusetts and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and History from Queen’s University in Ontario.
