Brittany Reynolds is an experienced HR leader, project manager and consultant with a background in the arts & culture and hospitality spaces, spanning both public and private sectors. Her interest in social and civic impact has inspired her to integrate this lens into all aspects of her life, including her professional career and volunteer work. Her proudest accomplishment has been contributing to Civic Action’s HireNext Roadmap as a consultant, where she developed content to engage employers in youth-inclusive talent attraction and retention.
Most recently, Brittany worked at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) as part of the People & Culture team, leading various projects across the organization for both year-round and Festival initiatives. She is a proud volunteer with Kid’s Help Phone as a Crisis Responder for the Crisis Text Line, as well as The Laneway Project – an organization that engages local communities to transform these unused spaces as a form of city-building. Brittany has a degree in International Development from McGill University, and an HR post-graduate certificate from Humber College.
