Anna is a Research Director at RBC Royal Bank. As part of the RBC Future Launch, which has committed $500-million over 10-years to unlock the potential of young people across Canada, Anna’s team is spearheading the Future of Skills project. The initiative explores shifting labour market demands, partly driven by technological advancements and emergence of AI, and asks, “What kinds of skills do young professionals need to remain gainfully employed over the next decade?”
Before joining RBC, Anna was the Project Manager and Lead Researcher of the Pluralism Project. Funded by the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation, this initiative explored the relationship between workplace cultural and gender diversity and business performance. The resulting publication, Diversity Dividend: Canada’s Global Advantage was launched in Ottawa in April 2017.
