Over a 20 year career, Andrew has gone from hotel intern to real estate executive, responsible for a wide range of executive activities relating to growing IMCO’s $11+ Billion Global Real Estate portfolio. IMCO has over $73B AUM, and is the only Ontario fund manager purpose built to onboard public clients such as pensions, insurance, municipal reserve funds, and endowments.
Andrew’s primary focus is overseeing teams of asset managers and growing the portfolio with new development partners in major global cities. The value created in the real estate portfolio is critical to the long term funding needs of Ontario Pension Board, WSIB, and Provincial Judge’s Pension Plan.
Andrew sits on the board advisory committees for a number of Canadian and US real estate private equity firms. He has significant non-profit sector experience founding a B Corp certified social enterprise called WeBuild to help incubate social purpose real estate projects. He currently volunteers on non-profit boards supporting social purpose real estate projects, youth programs, and the visual arts.
Andrew holds a Global Executive MBA from Kellogg School Management and Real Estate Development Certification from MIT Centre for Real Estate. He was born and raised in Toronto where he lives with his wife and two young children.
