Mrinalini Menon is deeply engaged with the CivicAction community bringing professional experience shaped by the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Mrinalini is Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Architecture with the Royal Bank of Canada where she advises retail and commercial banking executives on accelerating business disruption. She is passionate about the potential of new business models in advancing RBC’s growth strategies.
In addition, she has expertise in global executive recruitment from Spencer Stuart, a top leadership consulting firm where she served clients ranging from major multinationals to emerging companies to nonprofit organizations on talent acquisition, leadership assessment and succession-planning.
She was a 2015-2016 CivicAction DiverseCity Fellow where she co-founded the Tkaronto Project and won an Emerging Leaders Network Showcase Prize. She has lived, studied and worked in 7 cities, loves learning new languages, playing competitive tennis and leadership coaching.
